WORK SCHEDULE: Days; 8:00am-4:30pm; Monday - Friday
WORK TYPE: Full Time; 1.0 FTE; 80 hours bi-weekly
Provides secretarial and managerial support for the Operations Manager, Administrative Director of the Emergency Department, and various attending staff.
Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Geisinger Health System in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Works under general supervision of the Administrative Director of the ED and Operations Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate Degree in business, secretarial or other related field preferred.
Minimum two to three years’ experience in an administrative/executive office required.
Minimum one year on the job training to become familiar with all job duties required.
