The Physical Therapist who works at this level is responsible for providing assessment and treatment intervention on an independent basis across the continuum of care and services of the Rehab Care Line and is dedicated to the outpatient clinic within the Dearborn Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the capacity of a Geriatric Clinical Specialist.
