Occ Summary

Provide physical therapy services to patients/cl ients who haveimpairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or chan ges inphysical function and health status resulting from injury, disease , orother causes; provide prevention and wellness services, includingscr eenings and health promotion. The senior serves as a resource personfor the team and the department: participates in orientation of newstaff the rapists, physicians and other health personnel. The seniorparticipates i n teaching activities for physical therapy and otherhealth related stude nts. The physical therapist workswithin practiceguidelines as defined b y North Carolina state law.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or certification in physical therapy, with Master's or Clinical Doctorate in physical therapy preferred.

Experience

None beyond required education, although more experience may be preferred at times.

Current Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
