• Bachelors & Master's degree required
• NP License in NJ required
• ACLS and BLS required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Critical Care experience as an RN is preferred
• Previous NP Critical Care or step-down unit experience is highly preferred
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
