Atlantic Health System is Seeking Inpatient Consult Physiatrist for a Great Opportunity in Northern New Jersey
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a full-time Inpatient Consult Physiatrist to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team. Our highly trained team works closely with our other general and fellowship-trained physiatrists as well as other specialties including Orthopedics and Neurology within the health system to manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other disabling issues.
Responsibilities
The Outpatient Physiatrist will have the ability to practice at Morristown Medical Center, a Level-1 Trauma Hospital, rated the #1 inpatient hospital in New Jersey 5 years in a row! This position will have both clinical and academic responsibilities involving the consultative inpatient service. Experience and expertise in TBI, post-stroke training, spasticity, prosthetic and orthotics and cardiac care is a plus.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program with fellowship training
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
- At least 5 years' experience with inpatient consult care
- Demonstrate success working individually and as part of a team
