MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced BC/BE Adult Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physiatrist to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice in Yakima, WA. This position is a full-time outpatient role with supportive group and existing practice.
FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days
Salary: $305,000 - $315,000
Position Summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. This opportunity offers a full-service Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Clinic is supported by a large primary care referral base and affiliated community providers.The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in providing comprehensive management of patients while delivering excellence in patient care and optimizing the patient experience. Dynamic communication across the spectrum of care and working in an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment with the patient, the patients family, and other providers are key requirements of this position. Additional skills preferred but not required are diagnostic ultrasound and electrodiagnosis.
The Physiatry practice is highly supported by the organization and offers patients comprehensive care including advanced imaging, injection therapy under fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance, physical therapy, and more. MultiCare is a recognized leader in the use of information technology such as EPIC, our Electronic Medical Record to keep our staff better connected throughout the healthcare system.
Together these providers serve the Pacific Northwests patient referral base. Academic affiliations through the medical schools are available and strongly encouraged as well as research through the MultiCare IRB.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
