The role you’ll contribute:
The Director of Neuroscience and Orthopedic Service Lines is responsible for leadership and development of Neurology subspecialty programs, including but not limited to: Stroke, Neuromuscular, Spine, Skull-Based Surgeries, Headache, etc.Director will facilitate specialty intake to provide a patient centric network across the continuum of care.Supports outreach programs with focus on improved outcomes and reduction of readmissions.Facilitates staff and physician engagement.Ensures service quality and performance improvement.Builds and nurtures relationships with academia partners and works with Research, Foundation, Industry and Philanthropy as appropriate to secure and maintain grants and additional financial support.

The Director is responsible for the leadership and collaboration of the Neuroscience and Orthopedic services, responsible for overseeing the clinical and strategic development and operations to include Neurodiagnostics (EEG and Epilepsy), Tele Neurology, Neurosurgery and Neuro IR and marketing and business development as it relates to the Neuroscience Program. The scope of responsibilities includes but are not limited to the below in this endeavor.
·Provides leadership support of system-wide initiatives including managing operations to meet established performance metrics. Provides leadership and direction for all campuses, departments, services, clinical programs and support areas.
·Responsible for developing business plans or proformas that relate to specific new programs or market opportunities. Develops operational and resource requirements for new programs or opportunities and collaborates with others to successfully implement and monitor performan
·Maintains report of key financial metrics for both service lines. Maintains market and reimbursement surveillance and reports important trends. Manages due diligence process associated with new technology. Provides routine monitoring of new and existing programs and participates in resolution of important operational, customer-relations and/or marketing concerns. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, business administration or related field
·Five years of healthcare leadership experience
