UCHealth Medical Group is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our new Primary Care practice, located within a state-of-the-art Medical Office Building currently under construction on the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital campus, opening Q1 2026. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative team in a thriving healthcare environment. Our outpatient services encompass a comprehensive range of specialties, including cancer care, cardiology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, surgery, urology, ENT, OB-GYN, a dedicated imaging center, physical therapy, laboratory services, and more.

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital is a modern acute care community and academic hospital established in 2019, designed to deliver exceptional care through highly skilled, compassionate providers, advanced technology, and clinical innovation. As part of our continued growth, we are developing a new four-story medical office building that will house a primary care practice, multi-specialty clinics, surgical subspecialties, and an ambulatory surgery center, further expanding access to comprehensive, coordinated care in the region.

Exceptional Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package:
- Salary guarantee with achievable productivity and quality incentives
- The pay range for this full-time position is $287,000-$319,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
- Flexible full-time percentages that receive full benefits are available from .81 - 1.0. This translates to 29 - 36 patient-facing hours per week.
- A relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
